Got my Grass yesterday. Not fully fitted but looks great already!!! surface is not bad to putt on either.
This product is rubbish to putt on. It works well as a sim room flooring. But imo it’s being mis-sold here at “a lifelike roll”. It’s like putting on a dry ski slope.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our product.
With any artificial turf, the ball always skids more than on grass, this is just down to the make up of the grass.
There is a lot more friction on normal grass than there is with nylon or poly artificial turf.
With the research we have done, we have found that this turf is the best real feel synthetic turf for putting and flooring.
