There is a 250-yard manicured astro turf landing area with 15 target greens and distance markers. Highgate Golf Club
Less than 30 minutes from King’s Cross station, Highgate Golf Club is a testing but enjoyable 18-hole course, in a tranquil setting overlooking North London.
Highgate’s undulating parkland layout rewards creativity and shot-making and provides a fair challenge for golfers of all abilities. Despite only being 6,033 yards off the back tees, the course provides a stern test. The average round should take about three hours.

Richmond Park Golf Club
Founded in 1924 and set amidst the history and splendour of London's largest Royal Park, Richmond Park Golf Club in south-west London is one of the finest public golf clubs in the capital. The club was opened in 1923 by HRH Prince of Wales, aptly named the Prince’s Course. It proved so popular, that two years later, the Duke’s Course was built. Off the yellow tees, the Prince’s Course is 5092 yards and the newer one a little under 6000 yards.

Wanstead Golf Club
First opened as a 9-hole course in 1893, this East London situated club was extended to 18 holes just after the First World War.
The intervening years since then have seen a variety of changes to the course design but the lake hole (16th) still remains the signature hole. The club now has some 650 members. Sir Winston Churchill was an Honorary member and, to date, the club produced three Ryder Cup Professionals from its ranks (Percy Alliss, Alan Dailey and Lionel Platts).
Royal Wimbledon Golf Club
Royal Wimbledon Golf Club is the third oldest golf Club in England dating back to 1865. It has a rich history, once described by Bernard Darwin, as follows: “A wonderful place is this new Wimbledon course, for as soon as we are on it all signs of men, houses, omnibuses and other symptoms of a busy suburb disappear, as if by magic.” Redesigned in 1924, the course continues to provide a tough test over tight fairways, with gorse and heather thrown in for good measure.

Greenwich Peninsula Golf
This riverside Golf Range is situated on the banks of the Thames near North Greenwich tube station on the Greenwich Peninsula.
A double deck driving range containing up to 60 bays, each with a sofa and table for relaxing, whilst watching friends play, or enjoying food and drinks.
There is also an 18-hole adventure golf course on the site.

Hampstead Golf Club
Hampstead Golf Club is a high quality 9-hole course with a charming clubhouse. Set in an undulating parkland, the legendary Open Champion, Henry Cotton, said if you could play to your handicap at Hampstead you could play anywhere! Designed by Tom Dunn, one of Britain’s most respected golf course designers, Hampstead also happens to be the closest course to central London.
Finchley Golf Club
This picturesque 18-hole parkland course provides one of the finest golfing challenges in North London. Whilst there has been urban creep all around, the course has continued to thrive behind developing green woodlands. Chingford Golf Course
Chingford Golf Club is the oldest course in Essex, dating back to 1886 and is believed to have been designed by the Open Champion, James Braid. It is a members’ club, attached to a public course that welcomes players of all abilities.
The 18-hole layout is par 71 on the Chingford G.C. card and par 72 for pay-as-you-go public players. The challenging course combines fairways that wind through the woods, opening up to more expansive holes on Chingford Plain.

West Middlesex Golf Club
Opened in 1891 and re-designed 20 years later by five times Open Champion James Braid, West Middlesex Golf Club is regarded as one of London’s finest courses.
